a Student with Southern Vales First Aid

What do in need to register into a course with Southern Vales First Aid?
When booking with Southern Vales First Aid, we will need to gather a few pieces of information from you such as your name, date of birth, USI (Unique Student Identifier) phone number, and email. You will also be asked to create a password when setting up your student account, allowing you access to your learning portal.
Once registered and paid up, just complete your online learning before your class.
Why do I need a USI?
Your USI, or Unique Student Identifier is your individual education number for life. If you complete any nationally recognised training, or enrol in TAFE or university, you need a USI. This number also allows you to access an online record of all your vocational education and training (VET) undertaken in Australia (since 2015). Without letting Southern Vales First Aid know your USI, we cannot issue you your statement of attainment.
If you don’t have a USI or have forgotten it, head here to apply for one or find your existing number.
How do I book into a course?
Not only do we have booking links throughout our website, including our home page, you can book HERE.
What happens after I have booked into my chosen course?
Southern Vales First Aid will send you an email notification of your booking registration, confirming all your details and the course date. Once you have checked them over, log in and made your own student account so you can access all your information any time.
PLEASE NOTE: if you do not receive any emails from us, please check your Junk Mail / Spam and add us as a contact so you do not miss out on any important information from us. If you still don’t have not received anything, please contact us. We are able to reset your login details if you have forgotten them or resend anything you may have missed.
Do I need to pay for my course when I book?
We prefer you pay prior to the date of your course date as this secures your registration. Payment is one of the several steps you need to complete as a student with Southern Vales First Aid, or we cannot issue your ‘Statement of Attainment’.
How can I pay for my course?
1. Pay online via credit card
2. Bank direct deposit
3. Employer pays
If you choose to pay via the ‘Bank Direct Deposit’ option, Southern Vales First Aid will issue you with an invoice that will have our banking and reference details for you to use. This needs to be paid before the day of the class.
If your Employer is Paying, fill out the employer details and the invoice will be sent to your employer, please ensure this is paid prior to the course date to ensure your spot is secure.
Cash Payment can be arranged by request. Please contact us to discuss this option.
